Right after graduating from high school, my husband took a short vocational course. He took welding and machinery course because he missed the collegiate entrance of the university where he desired to attend. I would say he is quite of a handyman.
When we got married, that same year we have learned that welding and machinery jobs were in-demand in many highly progressive countries. He said that if only he has harnessed his skills he would definitely go for the job overseas. Also we have learned that many schools have opened offering welding and machinery course and they are charging high. Few are accredited by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Welding and machinery course is now one of the sought after course.
We thought that instead of studying the course to get a job overseas, we’d rather purchase the materials and machineries and put up a new school. The challenge is that the machineries and material are very expensive. On top of that it is also hard to secure the requirements to launch a school. We already have contacted few friends to partner with us in securing the materials.
Lately we have learned of these water jet cutters. Quite hard to believe the water can cut iron. We become so interested of this that we would like to prioritize this in our secure list. We have found new cnc machinery for sale at one website and so far their prices turned out to be the most attractive to us. Very soon we will meet with prospective partners to discuss of these. Hopefully this dream project will be realized.
